In school we are learning about Shavuot which is a diary holiday. The children and I decided that the best way to celebrate this holiday was to have cheesecake, so we made our own mini ones. All you need is one box of Jell-O No-Bake Cheesecake (The children really loved the cookie one), Nilla Wafers, a muffin pan, and cupcake liners. Put one nilla wafer in each liner as the crust, then follow the direction on the cheesecake box, and that is it. It is easy,fun and delicious!! Cheesecake makes Shavuot one of our favorite holidays!
