For Shavuot we made flowers to decorate the sanctuary and synagogue. We took coffee filters and markers and colored the edges only. Then we sprayed the filters with waters which caused the colors the run all over the filter. Once the coffee filters dried we folded them in half, then for the stem of the flower we used a pipe cleaner. This was a fun and exciting craft to celebrate this special holiday!
